Pilates


Pilates exercises focus on balance, concentration, control, centered awareness, fluid movements, and breath.

Using specific movements, you will develop stamina and improve your posture, alignment and core strength.

Barre au sol

Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music.

Inspired by the warm up routines of ballet dancers, Barre is carried out on a matt, and works specific muscles to reinforce core strength, movement and flexibility.

Stretching

Stretching is amazing for the body and for the spirit.

It is essential in order to lengthen the muscles, improve posture, release knots and stresses… The exercises are coordinated to soften and reinforce flexibility of joints and muscles.

It also helps tone and shape your body, and also keep your joints young and healthy!

Yoga for Kids

Linda offers Yoga classes for children on Monday afternoons between 12.15pm and 1.15pm.

While working with your child, her goals are:

  • Improve their attention span and concentration level
  • Help your child manage their emotions
  • Help with muscle development
  • Improve flexibility
  • Help them work with different aspects of their brain

Dancing for kids

Our ability to dance exists before we can even speak! Children naturally move their bodies to express themselves, to have fun or to simply release tension.

This natural movement becomes a dance when the moves are structured and given a method for expression.

Dance is an excellent way for children to learn to channel their energy and to express themselves.

We offer classic ballet classes in small groups in a happy and inspiring environment.

Schedule:

Tuesdays

@ 17h15 for the 4-6 year olds

Wednesdays

@ 11.30am for the 6-9 year olds

@ 15h, for the 5-7 year olds

We offer 2 types of dancing classes: ‘classic dance’ and ‘full dance’ (mix of hiphop, latin etc) for children in the  4-6 year and 6-8 year ranges, in small groups.
